Finding your new home is easy and simple. First, just click on the link above to open our user friendly PinPoint Map Locater Tablet and enter your personal choices for your home search into the tablet. Then look for and click on the "Search Now" tab just under the choices you entered and all the homes that match your personal criteria appear on with their exact location on the map on your right. Cool, huh?
At this point, some of our users have found there are way too many homes. Are there too many homes to search through for you? Often there are too many homes using your first few criteria such as price range, number of bedrooms, baths. No problem. We have a solution for you. You will discover that with our interactive PinPoint Map Locater Tablet, your choices are endless. You can continue entering the things that are important to you in your home until the number of homes you find is the perfect selection for you. And that put's you in complete control.
If there are too many homes, just continue to make more selections by clicking on the "More Search Options" tab. Do you see it there just below the search criteria you have entered? Continue to enter criteria into the new fields that appear. Enter all the things that are important to you...maybe you only want to see homes that are less than 15 years old, or only want to see new homes. Perhaps you are not interested in looking at any homes unless they have a three car garage, or only homes which are in a certain school area.
Whatever is important to you, you can enter into it into your choices on the PinPoint Map Locater Tablet and the exact location of all the homes that match your choices appear on the map on the right side. Then click on the locater flag on the map and a summary of that home with photos, virtual tours and complete property information appears.
